PWL2521 HMS is a multifunctional pull up device with a bench. It will allow you to perform a solid training of the upper muscles.

The product consists of a pull-up bar, a handrail for the so-called dips, push-up supports and benches. These elements make it possible to perform exercises involving the chest, back muscles, triceps and abdomen.

Pull-ups on a bar and push-ups on bars, or "dips", are two exercises that strongly develop, two groups of muscles that are antagonistic to each other, i.e. the latissimus dorsi muscle with the biceps and the chest muscles with triceps. The lower handles allow for a very strong deflection of the arms during the push-up. Thanks to this, we stretch the muscle much more during each movement, which in turn contributes to its faster growth. With PWL2521, it is also possible to train the abdominal muscles, thanks to the sloping bench and armrests mounted on the handrails. The bench can also be placed in a horizontal position, which allows you to perform exercises with dumbbells or a barbell. All the components make a HMS product a truly multifunctional device.
